Founded by Moisés Khafif, the company was born with a simple yet powerful premise: build with honesty, work with perseverance, and plan for the long term.

The founder
Moisés Khafif
1931 — 2023
Born in Aleppo, Syria, and arriving in Argentina from Brazil in the early 1960s, Moisés Khafif was the father of modern Argentine real estate. A man of few words and enormous vision, he never yielded to the country's economic turbulences. He inaugurated Le Parc Residential Tower in 1994 —the country's tallest residential building for eight years— and built Centro Empresarial Libertador, Argentina's largest AAA office complex. At RAGHSA, he is remembered as 'El Maestro'.
