Sustainability

LEGADO Program

Our commitment to generations to come. More than two decades pioneering sustainable construction in Argentina.

A vision that goes beyond the business

From our earliest developments we understood that building premium real estate demands a long-term view. Sustainability is not an add-on feature: it runs through every design decision, every construction spec and every relationship with the environments we operate in.

The LEGADO Program is the framework that articulates our environmental, social and governance work. It brings together the concrete actions we take to generate economic value in balance with care for the environment and the strengthening of the communities where we build.

Three dimensions, one commitment

Environmental

Pioneers in LEED certification in Argentina. We build with a focus on energy efficiency, responsible water management, emissions reduction and low-impact material selection. Every project is designed to minimize its footprint and maximize the comfort of those who inhabit it.

Social

We work with our neighbors, tenants and collaborators to build strong communities. Wellbeing programs in our buildings, ties with local organizations and quality public spaces are part of how we understand a developer's role in the city.

Governance

We are listed on BYMA with a demanding standard of institutional transparency. We publish financial, corporate governance and sustainability information on a regular basis, and foster an ethical culture across every level of the company.

More than 20 years pioneering sustainable construction

We were the first Argentine developer to systematically pursue LEED certification. Today our environmental commitment takes shape across four work streams:

Energy efficiency

Bioclimatic design, high-performance envelopes, state-of-the-art HVAC systems and smart LED lighting across all surfaces.

Water management

Greywater reuse, rainwater harvesting, low-flow fixtures and continuous consumption monitoring in every building.

Materials and waste

Selection of certified materials, origin traceability, and construction and operational waste management plans.

Indoor air quality

Mechanical ventilation with advanced filtering, low-VOC materials and environmental monitoring in working spaces.
