Anti-Spam Policy

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all electronic communications sent from the websites and systems of RAGHSA S.A., with offices at Cecilia Grierson 255, Floor 9, C1107CPE, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, and of its subsidiary RAGHSA Real Estate LLC, with offices at 950 Third Avenue, Suite 2805, New York, NY 10022, United States, including the domains raghsa.com, raghsa.com.ar and raghsa.ar.

It covers email, contact forms, subscriptions to corporate news and WhatsApp.

Spam means any unsolicited commercial electronic communication sent on a bulk or indiscriminate basis to recipients who have neither expressed interest in receiving it nor given their consent to do so.

RAGHSA does not send spam, does not tolerate it and does not use it as a promotional technique, whether directly or through third parties.

All RAGHSA communications operate on the basis of prior consent. We send electronic communications only where:

• the recipient completed a contact or subscription form on our websites;
• the recipient requested information about a project, unit, available space or investment opportunity;
• there is a current commercial, contractual or professional relationship that supports the communication in that context;
• express consent has been given through another verifiable channel.

In addition:

• We do not purchase or rent third-party databases for commercial purposes.
• We do not sell, assign or transfer contact data for advertising purposes.
• We do not send bulk communications to lists that have not consented.
• Every communication identifies RAGHSA unambiguously as the sender, with truthful subject lines and headers.

Recipients may request at any time that their data be removed or blocked from our communication databases, free of charge and without having to give a reason, through:

• the unsubscribe link included in every commercial communication;
• replying BAJA (unsubscribe) through the same channel in which you received the communication;
• a request sent to raghsa@raghsa.com.

Requests are processed within 5 business days. For recipients in the United States, the maximum period is 10 business days, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. Opting out of commercial communications does not affect contractual, administrative or legal communications arising from a current relationship.

Our messaging systems apply automatic filters to inbound mail. No filtering system is infallible: a legitimate message may occasionally be blocked.

If you believe this has happened to a message you sent to RAGHSA, we suggest contacting us through another channel. To reduce the risk, you may send the message as plain text, without attachments, and check that it is free of malware before sending.

If you have received a communication presented as sent by RAGHSA and believe it constitutes spam, or that it impersonates us, please report it to raghsa@raghsa.com, attaching the complete message including its headers.

RAGHSA does not request banking details, access credentials or funds transfers by unsolicited email, and does not communicate changes to payment instructions by that means without prior telephone verification through previously agreed channels. If you receive any such communication, verify before acting.

Communications from RAGHSA S.A. comply with Ley N° 25.326 (the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act) and its implementing Decreto N° 1558/2001, in particular section 27, which entitles data subjects to request at any time that their name be removed or blocked from databases used for advertising purposes. The enforcement authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (Agency for Access to Public Information).

Telephone communications comply with Ley N° 26.951, which created the Registro Nacional "No Llame" (the Argentine national do-not-call registry).

Communications addressed to recipients in the United States, sent by RAGHSA Real Estate LLC, comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

RAGHSA may update this Policy by publishing a new version on this website. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Use of the website implies acceptance of the version in force.
