512W22 (512 West 22nd Street) is a boutique office building for lease located along the High Line in West Chelsea, New York. Designed by COOKFOX Architects, it features landscaped terraces, a rooftop park, an art-gallery-style ground-floor lobby and unique views over the High Line and the Hudson River.
The building holds LEED Silver, ENERGY STAR and BOMA 360 certifications, and is equipped with state-of-the-art HVAC and air-purification systems. Its efficient side-core configuration allows easily divisible floor plates, accommodating tenants from 5,000 to 18,200 sq ft (465 to 1,690 m²).
