Le Parc Residential Tower

Le Parc Residential Tower is an exclusive residential tower set on a full city block. At the time of its opening it was recognized as the tallest residential tower in South America and marked the launch of the Le Parc brand — RAGHSA's premium-residential concept.

The tower sits in the Palermo neighborhood at calle Demaría 4550, with 4,850-sq-ft (450 m²) residences offering spectacular panoramic views over the Río de la Plata and the City of Buenos Aires, generous gardens, and a wide range of services and amenities. These attributes would later become the defining traits of the brand.

Total: 90 apartments across a 50-story tower.
