Madero Office is a 697,500-sq-ft (64,800 m²) RAGHSA development. The AAA building sits on Dique IV of Puerto Madero at Boulevard Cecilia Grierson 355, with quick access and an extensive range of international-grade services.

The building features a triple-height entrance hall, 26 office floors of 13,200 sq ft (1,228 m²) rentable each with spectacular views over the Río de la Plata, the docks and the City of Buenos Aires, 18 elevators, and four parking levels with 571 spaces.
